My duties are revolving around company’s content promotion. I am managing and promoting blog posts, landing pages and job offers on external sites and using internet ads. I manage company’s social media profiles and create workflows to improve marketing processes.
I was responsible for marketing automation and digital analytics/marketing tools, such as SalesManago, Mailchimp (with Automation), Google Analytics and Piwik. I created tailored integrations of these tools with internal company systems using custom Ruby scripts, leveraging use of APIs and various hacks. I co-managed company’s Wordpress site, preparing customized forms which automatically segment new prospects’ sign ups and deliver automated messages based on on-site activity. By preparing comprehensive implementations of Google Analytics and Piwik I was able to deliver detailed reports of marketing efforts and even find bugs in the system.
I was leading a team of four. We were responsible for lead generation and highly-targeted online advertising. Also, we were involved in brand refreshment of organization’s product, we totally redesigned the website and as a leader I created brand new, internal CRM system from scratch (connected with external project management system through API).
Focusing on conversion rates, A/B testing, personalized e-mails and strong lead segmentation, we managed to reach over 3000% ROI of our PPC channels. Apart from that, I was providing trainings for my team and other AIESEC members. Topics included Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, e-mail marketing, remarketing, web analytics, conversion-driven webdesign etc.
