About me

I like computers enough that I decided to make a living out of them. I was always interested in analytics; it started in middle school, with Awstats on my first website where I published my own keyloggers (they didn’t work very well, though).

Over time I learned Google Analytics, which led me to my career in marketing. After ~8 years as a professional marketer/growth hacker I transitioned into more general data work.

Today, I build analytics infrastructure and help teams extract knowledge from data.

In my career I held positions such as Head of Data, Marketing Automation Lead, Demand Generation Team Leader and others.

Some of the successes I have been important part of:

  • Custom attribution models for marketing teams,
  • Implementation of new Modern Data Stack infrastructure and data warehouse from scratch,
  • Connecting ROI directly to acquisition channels, campaigns and ads,
  • Product changes directly attributed to my analytics work,
  • 3000% ROI from paid channels in education non-profit,
  • 800% ROAS from Google Ads,
  • 700% revenue increase from online channels over the course of 3 years,
  • 1120% increase in organic traffic,
  • fully automated leads hand-off from marketing to sales,
  • building 5 people Demand Generation & Marketing Ops team with no churn over 2 years,
  • and $400k to $3,25M monthly revenue increase over the course of 4 years in 600+ people software consultancy.

My set of skills and previous experiences give me an advantage when it comes to implementation and integration of marketing automation and analytics systems. I know how these things work. In fact, I wrote a guide on how to create a working marketing automation system from scratch.
